Justin Sharaf, PRESIDENT of ECOTECH INTERNATIONAL INC and ECOTECH SYSTEMS
INTERNATIONAL INC migrated to the United States in 1987. Within Three months of acquiring an Agents license for Life and Health Insurance, he rose to become the Regional Vice President of one of the Largest and most prosperous Insurance companies in the USA and went on to specialize in financial solutions.
 

As an electrical engineer, he could not resist researching the effects of magnetic fields on fluids. Beginning from the basics of magnetic theory and electrical induction, he chose to alter the behaviour of magnetic fields. His claim to alter and change the behaviour of magnetic fields was met with scepticism by physicists and academicians. Unable to acquire funding for his research, he decided to do all he could by himself.
 

Convinced that it was possible to conform and align the external behaviour of magnetic fields with the internal behaviour as in magnet cores, Mr. Justin began a quest with single minded enthusiasm and devotion. His quest was backed by ideas such as harnessing magnetic fields for better power generation, electrical power production through fluids and reversing the bonding pattern of dissolved solids in liquids. As a researched, he felt convinced that the science of magnetism was a neglected field and if explored successfully, could bring a paradigm shift in the energy sector. Finally, he achieved in harnessing the elliptical magnetic lines outside permanent magnets into straight lines and focus the entire flux into a dense concentrated beam. He named it EcoBeam XL.  

In 1995, equipped with this invention, he chose to address the biggest problem facing humanity; WATER! The effects on hard water were instant and dramatic. Crystal formation of temporary hardness could be altered in a manner that scale in pipelines would form no more and chunks of existing scale could be made to fall from the side walls of a pipe like a dilapidated wall within minutes. However, his claims were ignored and lumped with magnetic contraptions available in the market.
 

Undeterred, he made EcoTech Systems. In due course it rose from a one man operation to a world-wide company operating in twenty-six countries, including USA, Europe, Pakistan, Japan, Singapore, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait. He holds nine patents in the field of Magneto Hydro-Dynamics; was awarded Export Excellence by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, appointed a Team Pennsylvania Ambassador and had his company selected as a Pennsylvania 100 Company in 1999.
